01 / OUR FOCUS

A narrow focus.
A deeper conversation.

We focus on engineers who can understand an existing application, improve it safely, and connect it to the rest of the business.

PRIMARY PRACTICE

Java / Spring

Experienced backend developers and hands-on technical leads for business applications, APIs, integrations, and reliable background processing.

SELECTED SEARCHES

C# / .NET

Backend and business-application engineers working with APIs, databases, existing systems, and service integrations. Assessment scope is agreed for each role.

ADJACENT CAPABILITY

AI inside business applications. Selected Java application-integration needs can be discussed. We confirm assessment coverage first; we do not present this as a machine-learning research practice.

BUSINESS CONTEXTS WE FOCUS ON

Operational software

Applications for logistics, fleets, automotive commerce, and transaction-heavy operations.

Financial & business applications

Customer portals, payment integrations, reporting, and internal business workflows.

Software consultancies

Teams delivering funded Java and .NET application projects for their clients.

02 / FOR HIRING TEAMS

A shortlist with reasons.
Not just résumés.

A technical conversation should make the next interview more useful. Our proposed assessment brief documents the evidence, the relevance, and the limits.

What the candidate actually did

A discussion of personal contributions, decisions, and production problems—not a recital of the team’s technology list.

How the candidate reasons

A role-specific code discussion or synthetic scenario covering debugging, reliability, integration, and testing.

Where the evidence stops

A clear distinction between demonstrated strengths, areas to probe, and skills not assessed. No blanket “expert” labels.

The assessment supports your hiring process. It does not replace your final technical interview, references, or hiring decision.

03 / HOW THE SEARCH WORKS

From a real requirement
to an informed interview.

A direct-hire search, shaped around the job you actually need to fill.

Define the role

Agree on outcomes, essential skills, compensation range, work arrangements, and the assessment scope.

Find & qualify

Discuss relevant experience, interest, availability, and expectations before a technical interview.

Assess & prepare

Evaluate independently, then help the candidate explain genuine experience clearly. Keep assessment and coaching separate.

Present with evidence

With the candidate’s permission, share the résumé and assessment for the named opportunity, then coordinate next steps.

Scope, fees, and any replacement terms are agreed in writing before a search begins. Candidates are hired directly by the client; payroll staffing is not part of this launch concept.

ASSESSMENT, NOT ASSUMPTION

04 / OUR APPROACH

Engineering judgment.
Made clear.

Our approach starts with the actual role: application design, APIs, data, integration, reliability, and testing. We agree what should be assessed before a technical conversation begins.

A software engineer leads the assessment, using original scenarios and explicit criteria. The brief distinguishes demonstrated skills from areas that still need checking. Coaching happens afterward and is not counted as independent evidence.

05 / FOR ENGINEERS

Your experience.
Presented accurately.

Talk about the systems you have worked on, the problems you solved, and the work you want to do next. Preparation should clarify your experience—not invent it.

Introduce yourself

Know the scope

Understand the opportunity and the technical areas to be discussed before the assessment.

Keep your work confidential

Use synthetic exercises or material you are authorized to share. Never bring proprietary employer code.

Approve your presentation

Your résumé and assessment are shared with your permission for a specific opportunity, not distributed indiscriminately.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Clear scope.
Clear expectations.

Do you offer direct hire or contract staffing?

The proposed launch service is direct-hire recruiting. The successful candidate becomes the client’s employee. Employing and paying contractors is outside the scope of this concept.

Which roles are the best fit?

Experienced Java / Spring backend developers, integration engineers, and hands-on technical leads. Selected C# / .NET application roles can also be discussed. We confirm assessment coverage before accepting a search.

Does your assessment replace our technical interview?

No. It gives your team a structured starting point and identifies what still needs to be verified. Your hiring team retains the final technical evaluation and hiring decision.

What are the fees and guarantees?

Search scope, fees, payment timing, and any replacement terms are agreed in a written engagement. This concept makes no fixed-fee, hiring-time, or placement guarantee.

Can I submit a résumé through this website?

Not in this prototype. The form below only creates an on-screen example; it does not send or save information. Secure résumé submission and the related privacy notice must be configured before launch.

Are interviews available in all three website languages?

The website is available in English, Russian, and Hindi. Interview and communication languages are agreed before scheduling. A translated website does not guarantee interviews in that language.

06 / START A CONVERSATION

Start with the role.
Not a stack of résumés.

Tell us what the engineer needs to accomplish. We’ll use that context to discuss whether the search fits our technical focus.
